Abstrakt
Both the classical and the fractional approaches to the modern control theory are studied. In particular, we discuss fractional differential equations used in control theory and generalized polynomials that play an important role in solving these equations (with the help of Fourier transform). Some related algebraic problems are dealt with, too.
Klíčová slova
Continuous control, differential equations with time lags, fractional differential equations, generalized polynomials, polynomial matrices, Smith's normal form.
