Abstrakt

The contribution describes an original
method exploiting a combinatorial computation,
which can be used for the simplification of an
internal structure of a system while preserving its
external behavior.
The simplification of the impedance network
(IN) is formulated as a combinatorial problem.
A stochastic optimization approach is used to
tackle the NP-completeness of the simplification
task. Genetic algorithms and simulated annealing
techniques are reducing the system complexity.
Complexity reductions are statistically evaluated
and compared.
