Vyhodnocování pedagogických činností
Příspěvek informuje o databázové aplikaci implementované v prostředí Open Access 4 database management system. Na základě zkušeností s aplikací pod OA4 byl vyvinut prototyp aplikace v prostředí SQL Base (Centura).

This paper presents information about an evaluation of pedagogic activities at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (FEE&CS) of the Brno University of Technology. The evaluation of individual pedagogic activities is given by a system of "credit hours" (CHs) at the FEE&CS. Every category of pedagogic staff has given its minimal academic-year norm in CHs. At the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, a database application under Open Access 4 database management system is implemented which makes possible to obtain information which serves to plan a pedagogic load of staff, to check a real load and performance, and finally at the end of an academic year, it gives total department's CHs that are provided to the dean's office as a base to fix a financial support to the department. Based on our experience with the use of the OA4 application, a new prototype was developed as an MSc Thesis (1999, defended at July) in SQL Base environment (Centura).
